O sweet Carmen, who came to us in terrible shape. She was so tiny and still is. She was a whopping 31 lbs and is now up to 47 lbs. She needs lots more to fill in. You wouldn't believe that sweet little face is actually about 3 years old. Her previous owner obviously didn't properly care for her. But that has not stopped her from loving everyone she meets!
