Meet Smokey 🐾 This 5 month old little guy was the most scared from the bunch rescued at first but has quickly become the sweetest, most cuddly homebody boy. He is very timid at first, but warms up after a few treats and pets. He gets very happy and wiggly when we come home even after a few minutes. He will love his new person/family very much. He is a playful puppy and loves attention. He is comfortable with my older dog who is timid and calm and is warming up to our cat! He has been very brave in his foster home, trying new things every day with a little patience and pets. So far, he is quickly picking up on potty training and walking on his leash, but will take some breaks when he sees other people/ dogs (just a little scary). Some encouragement and a minute or two and he will follow right along. He will be the sweetest and most adorable new addition to his new family! If you’re looking for a loyal companion to grow up with your family, Smokey could be the perfect addition 💛 MORE INFO: All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, or scheduled to be if they arrived in our care too young. Each dog has been seen by our veterinarian and treated for likely the following (all various): Age appropriate vaccines, overall health exam and other alignments as they come up. All dogs are dewormed, given core vaccines (Bordetella, DHPP (3 of them if a puppy) and Rabies as well as all are microchipped and on a monthly preventative for flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
