Shiny and sleek Dobi is as gentle as she is beautiful. She loves her humans and takes up immediately with a friendly hand. Absolutely thrilled to be free and running in the play pastures with her playmates, Dobi loves every canine friend she meets, walks well on leash and knows several basic commands. Dobi is a survivor - - she was surrendered by a family who left her chained to a tree to endure our brutally harsh winter, cold weather and precipitation. The family obviously had a complete lack of compassion, had no shelter for this pregnant girl and refused to bring her indoors during the winter. During this time, and while chained to a tree, this lovely girl gave birth to thirteen infants. Ten infants froze to death but Dobi and three infants survived. Thankfully the family decided to exit the breeding business and Dobi was surrendered. Despite not being cared for by her previous owners, this girl has proven to be super resilient and loving. She is bonding rapidly here to her caregivers and we want of to find her the perfect home where she will be cherished for the loving girl she is. She keeps a clean kennel and is good with everyone she meets. This lovely Doberman Pincher comes with our standard medical package which includes her spay, microchip, rabies, parvo-distemper, Bordetella and heartworm test. She has been dewormed and is on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. This pet is NOT suited for an apartment, must have a fenced in yard, a companion pet is preferred and we prefer an owner who has experience with the breed.
