Hi, my name is Shelby I was rescued from a shelter in Alabama, and for a little while, I got to stay in a foster home. My foster family said I was a great dog-and I really tried my best. But sometimes things just don't work out, and through no fault of my own, I wasn't the right fit for their home. Their dog liked to play a lot more, and I preferred being a couch potato. I'm house-trained and well-mannered, and after a little bit of play, I'm happiest just laying around and relaxing. I love going for car rides and enjoying the view. And even though I've seen some interesting things-like cattle-I didn't mind them at all. I might bark at them, but they never barked back, so we got along just fine. Now I'm really hoping to find a place of my own, a quiet and loving home where I can spend my golden years feeling safe, comfortable, and cherished.
