With her medium coat, she flaunts a gorgeous blend of red and tricolor markings. Noelle is a quick learner; she’s pee pad trained and has even figured out the doggie door. Living with both cats and dogs, she’s ready to be a part of a loving family that understands the commitment of a 15-20 year adoption. Currently residing in Humacao, PR, Noelle can easily travel to her forever home in the United States through Flight Angels. Note that her $450 adoption fee doesn’t include transportation costs.
