About Thing
Thing is a tri-colored hound/Australian Kelpie mix just over three years old, currently in Humacao, PR. He gets along well with other dogs and is described as super sweet, loving attention, and slowly learning how to walk on a harness. Initially shy when meeting new people, Thing typically takes two or three days to warm up, but once he does, he wants constant companionship and bonds closely with his person. He does not appear to be house trained yet, so expect some work on those basics. Thing is not only friendly but also affectionate and gentle, making him a good fit for a home willing to help him open up and flourish. Thing’s journey started on the streets of Puerto Rico, where he was rescued, fostered, and rehabilitated by a tight-knit team dedicated to finding dogs like him a new beginning.
