Mr. Bruno is a low-key, big-hearted bulldog buddy ready to snuggle up in a forever home! Bruno is a 5-year-old English Bulldog who recently made the journey from Tijuana and is ready to start his next chapter in a loving home. Like many bulldogs, Bruno has a charming mix of laid-back sweetness and a little bit of diva energy (we mean that in the best way). Bruno is a wonderful house companion. He's calm and respectful when left alone and does great with free roam of the home. Crates aren't his thing, but he truly doesn't need one. He settles in nicely and is very well-behaved when his people are out. At night, Bruno sleeps soundly through the night like a pro. Outside, Bruno enjoys getting out for walks and taking in the sights and smells of the neighborhood. He's not in a rush so he prefers a good stroll where he can take his time and enjoy the world around him. He gets excited to meet humans and other dogs on his walks, but he is making progress on leash training and is picking up on when its time to change focus. Bruno has lived with other dogs before and can coexist just fine, but he would (not so) secretly love to be the star of the show. He's an attention-loving guy who really thrives when he's the center of attention. If he does share a home with another dog, they'll need to be easygoing and tolerant of Bruno's enthusiastic desire to be the protagonist at all time. Overall, Bruno is a sweet, steady companion who will make an excellent addition to a home looking for a loyal buddy with lots of personality.
