Meet Billie! This shy kitty has been in our rescue for a few months now, and has been slowly opening up to his human friends as time goes on. Billie is friendly with other cats, and in a calm environment with some patience has been friendly to people as well. Originally a bit scruffy, the time spent with us has done Billie some good in nourishing his body and filling out his soft fur. We think Billie's future adopters will be very lucky to adopt him as a companion.
