Peppy is a 7–8 week old German Shepherd/Lab mix with a sweet personality and playful spirit. He’s a happy little puppy who can entertain himself with toys but would really love having someone to play and interact with. He is currently working on house training and learning that his crate is a safe and comfortable place. Peppy sleeps through the night in his crate and will bark to let you know when he needs to go out for a potty break. This precious little bundle of joy is full of love and puppy charm and is sure to make one lucky family very happy. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
