Meet Cinnabon, a young, intelligent dog who grew up in our care and has spent time in foster homes learning the ropes of family life. He’s affectionate, people-oriented, and bonds deeply with his humans. Cinnabon is house-trained, sleeps through the night, and knows several cues—including sit, paw, down, over, and here—with both voice and hand signals. He enjoys toys, puzzle feeders, and playing fetch, and he’s gentle with his belongings. Cinnabon has some specific needs that the right home can help him manage. He struggles with separation anxiety, but he does well when left in a dog-proofed space with enrichment, where he mostly naps or watches out the window. He can be unsure on walks and may bark or pull when startled or when seeing people or dogs at close distances, but he improves with space, guidance, and treats. He typically warms up to new people and dogs once he has time to feel safe. In foster, Cinnabon showed strong attachment to his person and displayed some protective. Because of this, Cinnabon requires a 13+ home. He will need an adopter comfortable with structure, boundaries, and slow introductions. He has done well with small and large dogs and has lived calmly around small animals with supervision. Cinnabon is a smart, loving dog with excellent potential—he just needs a patient home that can give him consistency, training support, and understanding as he continues to build confidence.
