Meet Sake! Sake is a handsome orange and white sweetheart who's about 10 months to a year old, and he's already mastered the art of being the perfect cuddle buddy. This affectionate boy showed up at one of CARE's foster homes crying at the front door, as if he knew exactly where to go to find help-and love. After he arrived, several attempts were made to find his original home, but sadly no one ever came forward to claim him. He was also checked for a microchip and didn't have one, so now Sake is officially on the search for a brand new forever family who will love him the way he deserves. Once inside his foster home, Sake settled in right away and quickly showed everyone what a gentle, loving cat he is. He absolutely adores people and is happiest when he's close to his humans. Whether he's curled up in your lap or being held in your arms, Sake is guaranteed to be purring nonstop-this boy's motor never turns off! Sake has been doing well with the other cats in his foster home and is currently learning to feel comfortable around dogs. With a little patience and a loving home, he'll continue to blossom into an amazing companion. CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
