About Peach
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Peach, a wonderful adult Domestic Short Hair and Tabby mix born on July 17, 2022—which makes her a sweet and spirited Cancer, known for loyalty and a nurturing nature. Peach came into foster care after raising her six adorable kittens and did an incredible job as their mother. While she isn’t fond of being touched, she thoroughly enjoys playing and lounging near her people, showing affection in her independent way. Peach is considered a true "cat’s cat"—she absolutely loves the company of other felines and would thrive in a home with another lonely cat or even as a barn cat. She would also be delighted to be adopted along with one of her kittens. Peach is located in central Arkansas but can be transported weekly to the Connecticut area, weather permitting. She is up to date with her vaccinations, spayed, FIV/Felv tested, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. Peach is fully litter box trained, and while she warms up to other cats after a slow introduction, she may also do well with cat-friendly dogs. If you admire the quiet, independent beauty of cats and have patience for a companion who prefers feline friends to human cuddles, Peach may be the perfect choice. *Please note: adoption to Massachusetts is not possible due to state laws, and adopters must be able to personally acquire her at a designated transport drop-off. Peach is not a hypoallergenic cat. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
