You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ralph will be at the House of Hops in Pittsboro from 2-4pm on March 14th.Ralph is all about his people, so if you don't want an ever-present dog in your space- he's probably not the dog for you. We are working on getting him to realize the concept of "personal space", but it is still a work in process. Ralph was abandoned in his previous home, left with several other animals. He will require a patient person willing to continue his training. He has learned to "sit", and "dance", he's smart and very food motivated. He's crate trained, but due to a bad experience in a crate- he will require a large dog crate when left alone. Ralph would like humans who aren't gone for long hours, someone who works from home would be ideal. He's active and he loves to go for walks and explore, so he needs someone who can provide daily exercise. He requires all children to be 10 years of age or older. Ralph is doing well with his potty habits, but requires a well structured physical fence to keep him safe- and on the right track. He would adore another playful dog in his forever home. A dog savvy cat would work too. Ralph has been neutered, and is up to date on vaccines and preventatives, he is microchipped too. We are seeking an experienced home that has had a dog requiring grooming.
