Brie and her puppies (all cheese names) were placed on the euthanasia list at an overcrowded Houston shelter and we knew we couldn’t look away. Their time was up simply because there wasn’t enough space, and we couldn’t let their story end that way. We tagged them immediately. Now Brie and her babies are in Colorado, and have the chance for a happy ending that they have always deserved. Cheddar will need to be at least 8 weeks old and will be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations before going home. He is not currently available for adoption just yet, but pre-adoption applications are open.
