Flaca is a petite Spanish Greyhound (Galga) who has been in the USA for a month. She was rescued from the cruel hunting world in Spain, and is now loving life as a "house pet." Flaca is 3 years young. She presents very shy initially, but warms up quickly. She sleeps in bed, snuggled up next to her foster mom every night! If you're looking for a cuddle buddy, and entertainment as you watch her zip through the yard, she just may be your girl! Her past is unknown, but the scars covering her body tell us she had a difficult life, some of which she still carries with her -- trauma and fear. Flaca definitely takes to women much quicker than men, so any potential adopters should be aware of that. Once you win her over, she'll keep you close by. Must be adopted to a home with at least one other dog! Currently in Winter Park, FL. Can travel out of state. Flaca is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, and free of any known health issues. We believe she is cat workable.
