Still leans into you, and keeps believing people are worth trusting. That kind of resilience deserves a real home, and he needs one soon. He's high-energy and convinced he's a lap dog. He will be in your space, on your lap, and as close to your heart as he can get. If you want a dog who will love you forever, look no further. He does best: - As the only dog, or with confident, experienced owners who can manage dog-dog territory - In a home where someone is around often (he has separation anxiety and thrives with company) - With a patient human who will stay present with him outdoors — he's house-trained but easily distracted What he needs most: An owner who sees his behavior as a history, not a flaw, and is willing to continue the work already started.
