He’s a bit small for his age due to a lack of consistent nutrition, but with proper care, love, and groceries, he’s already on the path to thriving. Jeff loves playing with other dogs, is naturally curious, and walks well on a leash—an impressive start for a young pup. He was surrendered by his owner due to ongoing substance abuse and housing insecurity, and despite a rough beginning, he remains sweet, resilient, and eager to learn. Jeff is looking for a family who will give him stability, patience, and the chance to grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be.
