Buba came to us as a stray, so his past is a bit of a mystery. What we do know is that he is a sweet and gentle boy who is still getting used to shelter life. Buba can be a little shy at first, but with a calm environment and a little patience, his friendly side starts to shine through. Because everything is still new to him, Buba would do best with a slow introduction to his new home so he can settle in at his own pace. The same goes for meeting any resident pets-taking things slowly will help him feel safe and comfortable. If you're looking for a soft-hearted kitty who just needs a little time to blossom, Buba may be the perfect match for you. Change is hard for this cat. This cat will be very nervous when you first bring them home. You will need to set up a room with a litter box, food, and water. It will take days for this cat to become comfortable and confident in the new home. This cat will be going home with a behavior plan that will need to be followed in order for everyone to transition successfully. Ready to Adopt? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available cats in the shelter.
