Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability. Sadie was surrendered because her owner no longer had time for her. She is very friendly and loves people but has been an only pet her whole life and is looking for a home where she can stay that way. She is house trained.
