About Dunder
Dunder is a large, shorthaired mix (Catahoula Leopard Dog and Rottweiler) currently living in Canyon Lake, TX. He’s about 65 lbs and a little under 3 years old, with a healthy coat and bright eyes. Underneath his striking looks, he’s all gentle soul and quiet presence: you’ll rarely get more than a woof from him. Indoors, Dunder is mellow and not destructive. He’s housetrained and prefers lounging to bouncing off the walls. Outside, give him some room, and you’ll see flashes of puppy energy as he explores and enjoys a good sniff. Dunder enjoys being petted and will seek out cuddles, but he's not demanding about it. He’s smart and picks up on routines quickly, but he doesn’t know many commands yet. Leash walks go smoothly, though he hasn’t had lots of practice. He gets along well with other dogs and does well with kids. He’s not prone to food guarding or other behavioral issues and doesn’t show separation anxiety. Dunder is fully vetted, neutered, and up to date on his rabies and DHLPP vaccines. Fun fact: Born July 4, Dunder is a Cancer, so don’t be surprised if he’s a homebody at heart. Ready for a home where he can stretch his legs and unwind with his people. What are you waiting for?
