He is what we call a "velcro" dog. He loves to be close to his people and be petted. He will need training, however, with walking on a leash. Cowboy currently weighs 29 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.
