This medium-sized cutie (estimated 26–50 lbs full grown) has already overcome so much — she was abandoned in an empty house when his owners moved out, left behind with five other adult dogs and a litter of puppies. Despite that heartbreaking start, Toast’s spirit is nothing but loving, trusting, and full of joy. Now safe and thriving, Toast is house trained, crate trained, great with kids, and even likes cats. She LOVES to play ball and will happily chase it as long as you’re willing to throw it! Whether you’re running a 5K or sleeping the day away, she’s happy to match your energy. Toast is easygoing with everyone she meets and, while she enjoys other dogs, she’s perfectly fine being your one-and-only best friend.
