About Emmie
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Emmie is a beautiful one-year-old tabby with a soft, expressive face and a luxurious short coat adorned in lovely swirls and stripes of warm browns and grays. Recently spayed and fully vetted after being found as a stray, she has blossomed in a loving foster home. Emmie’s bright, curious eyes and graceful presence are captivating—whether she’s quietly watching the room from a favorite perch or confidently hopping into your lap to settle in for some cozy companionship. She absolutely adores neck and chin scratches, leaning into gentle affection and showing just how much she trusts those she loves. This lovable cat thrives on spending quality time with her people, readily making herself comfortable in a welcoming lap and soaking up attention. Emmie has a playful spirit as well—she’s particularly taken with wand toys and little springs that bounce across the floor, turning any moment into a chance for fun. Because she can become a bit overstimulated with too much petting and sometimes shifts into playful “kitten mode,” Emmie would do best in a home with older children or adults who are experienced with cats and understand feline body language. She may also enjoy sharing her home with another young, playful cat, provided introductions are slow and thoughtful. Emmie offers a perfect mix of affectionate companionship and spirited play, ready to bring warmth and personality into her forever home. All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
