Tied to a pole, he was left to endure cruelty, but he survived against all odds. Rescued and brought to safety, Cowboy is now neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and starting his treatment for heartworm. Though he’s still cautious, especially around men, he shows a gentle spirit that shines through his past struggles. Cowboy is house trained and would thrive best in a loving environment where he can feel safe, ideally as the only dog. He gets along well with children and is ready to embrace a new chapter in life filled with love and stability. This brave boy deserves a forever home that will not abandon him again.
