About Rocky
Your new best friend is just one click away. Rocky has settled into his foster home in Los Angeles County after quite an adventure—rescued in Mongolia, transferred to Korea, and now ready for his next chapter with Camp Cocker Rescue! This medium-sized Cocker Spaniel mix bursts with personality, energy, and affection. Lively and smart, Rocky thrives on attention and loves staying active, making playtime and exploring his favorite pastimes. It's important to note Rocky’s unique needs: his guarding tendencies mean he is best suited for an adult-only, dog-savvy home. There should be no children (including teens), and his adopters must be committed to never taking anything directly from Rocky’s mouth. He’s extremely possessive with toys and may try to ingest small objects—large, indestructible toys help him settle. When outside, Rocky’s excitement is palpable but calms after a few minutes. He can be redirected using treats or food and is generally tolerant around other dogs. This special boy will need a family committed to these guidelines, but his playful spirit and affectionate nature promise a deeply rewarding bond. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
