Age: 4 years Weight: 20lbs Meet Murphy! I’m a 4-year-old chi-weenie and I am a really sweet, playful little snuggle bug. I was rescued as a stray in Texas. I’m fully house trained and doing great with my leash training and learning new commands. I don’t always get it—but I love praise and try really hard. Tell me I’m a good boy and I absolutely melt. Outside? I’ve got lots of energy! New York has so many smells to sniff! I love saying hi to everyone on the street and try to play with every dog I see! (Although sometimes big dogs and snow plows scare me.) Inside, though? Total snuggle bug. I’m very calm, cuddly, and happiest with my head resting on your lap. I’m a sensitive sweetheart and very tuned in to my people. If I ever make a mistake (I ate a cardboard box once), I feel very sorry about it. I’d be happiest with someone who can help me get my wiggles out with good long walks or trips to the dog park… and then come home and snuggle on the couch. I’m a perfect mix of playful and cozy!
