About Savannah
Savannah is a 3-year-old sweetheart weighing in at a perfect 38 pounds - just the right size for couch cuddles and cozy companionship. She has a calm, gentle presence that makes you instantly feel at ease. Savannah is the kind of dog who would be happiest curled up next to her person, soaking in all the love and giving it right back. Snuggling? That's absolutely her specialty. She's currently learning the ropes of leash walking and is making steady progress every day. With a little patience and encouragement, she's blossoming beautifully. Savannah can be a bit cautious when in new situations, but she warms up quickly once she feels safe - and when she does, you get to see her sweet personality shine. She also gets along well with other dogs, making her a wonderful addition to a home with canine companions or one looking for an easygoing friend. Savannah is gently coming out of her shell and is ready for someone who will give her the love, reassurance, and snuggles she's been waiting for. In return, she'll be your calm, loyal little shadow. Our adoption fee helps cover expenses (vaccinations, microchips, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets we rescue. UAF does not adopt or ship outside the state of Arizona. To ensure the best fit, UAF conducts a home visit to meet other pets and verify a safe, secure yard. If you have any questions or to adopt a dog an application must submitted. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. HOW TO APPLY: From Petfinder.com The fastest way to get to the adoptable dog page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-dogs/ When you are on the UAF website Select "Adoptable Dogs" and pick the dog you are interested in. To apply to adopt, go into the dog's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started. You could be a life saver! Help us save more lives by fostering a dog or cat.
