About Hazel
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Hazel is a remarkable survivor with a heart full of hope. Discovered near a remote mine in southern Arizona, she was cared for by compassionate workers before finding her way to safety and rescue. Despite bearing a few scars and missing part of an ear, these unique features only add to her irresistible charm and resilient spirit. Though a little timid at first, Hazel’s gentle nature and loving heart shine through as soon as she feels safe around you. Her tail wags with delight, and her eyes truly light up at the sight of someone she trusts. Deeply loyal, Hazel shadows her volunteers in the play yard, always eager to stay near her people. Hazel’s wrinkled forehead and beautiful brown and white coloring suggest she may have some Boxer heritage. She is house trained and would make a cherished, devoted companion for anyone ready to offer her the loving home she deserves. Hazel is ready to leave her difficult past behind and give her whole heart to a family ready to embrace her. By adopting Hazel, you are not only gaining a loyal friend but also helping support the rescue of more wonderful dogs. Applicants must be within Arizona, and a home visit ensures she will be safe and happy. Make her next chapter her best one yet.
