Penny is the life of the party and so cute!! She is spunky, outgoing, playful and a very sweet girl. She is around 4 months old and 8-10lbs. She was found stray, without microchip and landed in a high kill shelter. We were happy to welcome this deserving girl into rescue. She has a fun energy, is good with dogs of all sizes, and enjoys human attention and playing with toys!!
