He’s learning what it means to be a loved member of a family and is blossoming more every day. Rocky loves giving kisses and will happily crawl into your lap for snuggles. He can be a little apprehensive when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, his affectionate personality really shines. He does great with the other dogs in his foster home and sleeps quietly in his crate at night.
