Introducing Cocoa, a sweet little 10 lbs. dog who had a rough start to life and is looking for a loving and patient home to call her own. She is coming out of her shell, having been with the rescue for a month. She is truly a lap dog and wants to be near, or preferably on, her people at all times. She had no exposure to new experiences prior to coming to Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue, so she is still nervous when exposed to new situations. She does have a playful side and likes to do zoomies when she is happy to see you. She is just learning to be a little dog in a big world which can be scary sometimes. She is puppy pad trained and is still getting used to being outdoors in a very controlled setting (when spooked she is a potential flight risk).
