Look at those eyes!!! 😍 Welcome Bruiser to NJBR! This handsome boy was sadly surrendered to the shelter when his owner began facing serious health issues and could no longer care for him. Despite the change, Bruiser has been nothing short of a sweetheart. He is currently settling into his foster home, and his foster mom says he is perfect! Bruiser has been a wonderful house guest — he is well-mannered, comfortable in his crate, and easy to have around the house. Bruiser did arrive with kennel cough, so we haven’t been able to fully dog test him just yet. However, we do know he is good with cats and walked calmly around other dogs while at the shelter. If you already have a dog, a proper meet and greet will be required. The good news is he only has a few more days of meds, which gives you the perfect time to get your application in!
