About Bruiser
Those eyes don’t lie—Bruiser has the soul of a sweetheart. Surrendered when his owner’s health forced a tough decision, Bruiser landed in rescue but hasn’t missed a beat in showing his gentle side. Now settling into his foster home in Middlesex, NJ, he’s already charmed his foster mom with his perfect house manners, crate comfort, and easy-going nature. Bruiser is fully house trained, keeps his cool even when things change, and is just plain easy to live with. He arrived with a mild case of kennel cough, so close monitoring around other dogs is still ongoing, but he has calmly strolled past fellow canines at the shelter and is known to be good with cats—both a rare and endearing trait in a Boxer. If you have a dog, be ready for a meet and greet to see if they click. Bruiser’s adoption is open to families with kids aged 10 and up. Application processing takes patience, but this boy is worth it. Could Bruiser be the missing piece to your family? They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
