We’ll have several dogs there looking for homes! ——————— Husky/Pit Bull mix • 10 months old • 56 lbs CHROME is a striking boy with a sleek dark grey coat and the prettiest blue eyes. Behind that stunning look is a tender, timid soul who feels safest tucked in close for gentle pets and quiet reassurance. Because he didn’t get early socialization, the world is still brand new to him. Leashes and new experiences will take patience, kindness, and slow encouragement. He’s a soft, gentle pup who just needs someone to show him he’s safe. Chrome would do wonderfully with a confident canine companion to help him build courage and learn the ropes. With time and love, this 56-pound sweetheart will truly shine — and the bond you build with him will be something special. ADOPTING A DOG Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older). If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
