Hi, I'm Oakley, a 69-pound mixed breed and a total love bug at heart. I'm a pretty well-mannered girl, though I might do an occasional little jump when I get extra excited to see you - I just can't help myself sometimes! My favorite thing in the world is being with my person. I adore attention, especially those really good butt scratches, and I'm perfectly happy to just sit or lay at your feet and relax by your side. I can get a bit anxious if I'm left alone too long, so I'd do best in a home where someone is around often or can check in on me regularly. I love being outside, whether we're going on hikes, exploring new places, or just hanging out and watching the world go by. I'll wander a little on my own, but most of the time I'm your loyal shadow, happiest when I'm near you. If it gets too quiet and there's not much going on, I might whine and seem a little uneasy - I just enjoy being part of the action. An active home that includes me in adventures and daily life would be my dream come true. I'm a sweet, devoted companion ready to stick by your side through it all. My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society. All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
