About Hazel

Hazel may take a little patience, but she proves herself worth every minute. This young, small tabby started out living as a stray and was once considered feral, even earning her ear tip and a spay as part of a community cat program. Over time, she revealed her softer side to her caretaker, slowly settling into indoor life. Hazel now thrives in her foster environment, though she still approaches new people and situations cautiously. She's looking for a home that understands her need to keep decompressing after time outdoors and will give her space to come around on her own terms. Hazel is fully vetted, tested for feline leukemia and FIV, vaccinated, dewormed, on approved flea prevention, and has been spayed. She is house trained and gets along with other cats. As with all cats from this rescue, she's fostered indoors and the team prioritizes matching cats with the right adopters, rather than just the first to apply. Adoption is out-of-state friendly, but adopters must travel to Murray, KY in person. Declawing is not permitted. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
