Shrimp, 1 yr Shrimp came to us very scared and shut down, but with time and gentle handling, she has made huge progress. She’s a sensitive little soul who just needs a moment to feel safe. When meeting new people, Shrimp can be nervous at first and will need to warm up at her own pace. Once she realizes she’s okay, though, she truly blossoms. She gets excited when she sees familiar faces, seeks out attention, and absolutely loves belly rubs. She’s a sweet, affectionate girl who continues to grow more confident each day. Shrimp will do best in a home that understands shy dogs and is willing to give her patience, reassurance, and a calm environment to settle in.
