Scarecrow is an incredibly affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and wants to be close to them as much as possible. He has the sweetest, most adorable smile that perfectly reflects his happy, loving personality. Scarecrow is not only a wonderful companion to people, but also a steady source of confidence for his brother, Tinman, helping him feel safe and brave as they explore the world together. Scarecrow's story is one of resilience. After losing his mom at a very young age, he was lovingly raised in foster care as a bottle baby. From the very beginning, he proved himself to be a strong, determined little survivor. Growing up in a foster home surrounded by goats, ducks, geese, chickens, and donkeys gave him a unique and enriching start to life and helped him develop into a well-rounded, adaptable puppy. He loves just about everything, people, toys, treats, food, and especially his brother. The boys spend their days running and chasing each other outside, then wrestling and playing together like the happy, typical puppies they are. Scarecrow is currently working on potty and crate training and continues to make great progress. With his affectionate nature, cheerful spirit, and resilient heart, Scarecrow is ready to bring endless love, companionship, and joy to a family lucky enough to call him their own.
