After being surrendered by his owner to Lancaster Shelter for unknown reasons, Kobe joined us as a Frosted Face on February 10th. He is 10 years old, weighs 14 lbs., and is shy but very sweet. We're giving Kobe all the time, patience, and love he needs to settle in and feel secure. He's growing more comfortable and learning that he's finally safe. And if you watch his video, you'll see the best sign of all - that happy tail wag says everything!
