About Rocky Road

It's with a heavy heart that I have to post this. If anyone knows of someone looking for a puppy and can handle the responsibility and take it serious..... We found a lost puppy wandering the streets and have loved and cared for him. We cannot keep him unfortunately. We have multiple animals already and care for multiple elderly relatives in home 24/7. We think he was dumped and lived on the streets for a while because he was dirty, had fleas and his paw pads were worn from the pavement. He is now clean, flea and worm free. He's smart, funny and an absolute joy to be around. He will need an active owner or at least someone who wants to be active. He's good with other animals and loves people and kids. He's obviously a little shy at first. In the short time we've had him, he's already learned to sit, lay down, roll over and shake. He's already learning his left from his right (yep he's that smart). He has an incredible nose! He would make a great adventure partner. If you love the outdoors this dog would be great for you. He's incredibly social and loves to be with people. He does not like to be alone. He's working on being crate trained and is almost completely potty trained. He will absolutely let you know when he needs to go out. He has so much character, attitude and personality. He will bring you joy with his mannerisms and sass. There's no mistaking what he's thinking or feeling. Believe it or not he's actually a lap dog too! He loves being held and laying in your lap for a nap. He's getting big and will get bigger so if you're looking for a small dog he's not for you. Most likely he is a husky/Shepard mix. He looks a bit like a timberwolf now. If anyone is interested or knows someone that is we would be happy to give you a care package and set you up with everything you would need to get started. Food, toys, crate, etc. Seriously we love him but he needs a home. No breeders, hoarders, abusers or anyone that's not absolutely ready for the responsibility of having a puppy. These breeds can and will escape. They can and will open doors. He will need to be walked on a leash (he loves to go on walks) he likes to take a toy and or a bone with. He's probably about 14 weeks old. Not fixed yet. If I don't know you personally, we will need to Vet you thoroughly. I'm currently in the Chattanooga area, but have no problem facilitating a forever home for this beautiful boy. Pictures truly do him no justice. He's magnificent!
