Oh Snook what a beautiful boy. Snook is an Akita mix. He is high energy and needs lots of space to run! He weighs around 70 lbs and is a super playful pup. He has a beautiful double coat and will need regular grooming. It is the nature of Akita to be fiercely loyal, and normally to bond to one or two people. They are strong willed and have a dominant nature. They can be intolerant of smaller animals. In-house assessment recommends that he would thrive in a home with older children, being the only pup or possibly a fur baby of his same size or larger. Akita‘s are working dogs they need a purpose and a job. A good training class for Snook will be a must as it will give him the focus he needs to decompress and become part of his new home and family.
