Meet Piper! Courtesy Post. 8 yr old Akita/Shepherd mix, fixed, up to date on shots. 6-8 yrs old, 65 lbs. Needs to be only dog, only because she is wary of other dogs and may have been attacked by another dog in the past. Owner has died and neighbor is taking care of her. Very loving, can't get enough hugs and kisses. Well behaved. Good with most people but can get anxious if people come on to strong. She responds well to people who are calm and gentle. Likes lots of walks, good on a leash, loves outdoor time. House trained, never crated, hasn't needed to be when family is at work.
