About Renita
Renita is a gentle, velvety-soft Terrier with a calm, easygoing presence. She gravitates toward her people and wants nothing more than to keep you company—whether that means quietly following you from room to room or curling up next to you for a nap. Already housetrained, crate trained, and polite in the car, Renita knows "sit" and "paw" and is eager to show off her manners for a little attention. Affection runs deep with this girl; she has a sweet way of giving gentle hugs with her paws. Renita doesn't have a long list of needs: just companionship, kindness, and a cozy spot close to her humans. She enjoys chew bones and peaceful moments at home and would thrive with someone around often, like a work-from-home person. Ideally, Renita would love to be the only pet soaking up all the attention, but with a proper introduction, she may get along with other dogs. She doesn't have experience with small children, so she would fit best with older kids or in an adult-only home. Renita does not get along with cats. She's spayed, fully vaccinated, and currently finishing heartworm treatment (already covered). Renita is ready for someone seeking an easygoing, loyal companion and a quiet best friend to share life with. Let’s make it official, apply to adopt!

Questions about Renita
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Terriers like Renita do well in homes where they're a valued part of the family and have space indoors to relax with their people. They appreciate a calm, comfortable environment, especially if someone is home much of the time.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Most terriers benefit from access to a fenced yard or daily walks, but Renita's easygoing nature means she doesn’t need acres—just a safe place for strolls or play will suit her well.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Terriers can be good with older, respectful children but may be wary or overwhelmed by younger kids. Renita specifically is suited for adult-only homes or families with older children.
