About Sierra

Sierra is a playful, athletic 3-year-old who thrives on both spirited activity and quiet downtime. She greets the world with curiosity and plenty of enthusiasm, though there's a softer, more loyal side—she has no problem settling in on the couch for a lazy day with her favorite people. Sierra loves games, especially anything that squeaks or offers a bit of challenge, and she’s quick to pick up on training and cues like sit and stay. She’s gentle, affectionate, and happy to dole out kisses, but she’s also a dog who takes her job of protecting those she loves seriously. While Sierra enjoys playing with most dogs (and has been a helpful companion to new foster pups), she doesn’t like dog parks and needs a good introduction to any new dog friend—she'll bark on leash to announce her feelings. With a privacy fence in a busy neighborhood, she’ll thrive and feel secure. Sierra fits in best with older kids and could easily be happy as the only dog in the home, providing steadfast companionship and good humor in equal measure. Homes with cats aren't the best fit for her. Sierra is ready for a family who values both her playful energy and her loyal, independent heart. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
