Meet Harper! She is a sweet 2-year-old girl weighing 16 lbs. Harper is a little shy at first. Once she realizes she can trust her person, she blossoms into a very loving and affectionate little dog. Harper gets along well with other dogs and cats. She is also very playful with the doggy companions she lives with, which helps her feel more confident. Young and busy children make her feel nervous, so she is best suited to a home with no kids or older, more predictable kids 12+. She walks very well on a leash and does not cry when placed in a crate. Harper is ready for a home that will give her the love she deserves. Harper is with a foster in Bonney Lake.
