This shy girl came into our shelter from a home where she lived with other dogs, and thanks to quick care from our amazing shelter staff, LAUREN, an adorable Shi Tzu / Beagle girl, is already learning just how bright her future will be. Her sweet personality is shining through more every day. LAUREN is gentle and lovable with her charmingly scruffy face and she will thrive on affection - she will enjoy snuggles, soak up every bit of your attention, and would love a home filled with laughter, kindness, and cozy moments. LAUREN is currently a bit shy around new people and experiences. However, she is making progress with her confidence every day. She will enjoy being in a loving home where she can go for walks, investigate her surroundings, and play with balls, bones, and squeaking toys. We think her favorite activities may be snuggling with his people! She is does still need work on her housebreaking. She would thrive in a calm home where she can relax if she feels overwhelmed.
