About Chance
Chance is a one-year-old with a story that tugs at you. Pulled off the streets with a bad case of mange, he was once nearly hairless—now his coat is back and his love for people is stronger than ever. At 35 lbs, he fits most living situations: compact enough for apartments, but big enough to keep up for backyard play. Chance is affectionate and thrives best when his people are often home; he’ll follow you from room to room, never far. He’s gentle with kids and patient, happy to soak up attention and return it with his own brand of enthusiasm. He’s learned how to walk beautifully on leash, even greeting the neighbors when out and about. While he enjoys other dogs, he can be overexcited or nervous at first and benefits from slow introductions—but once comfortable, he’s a loyal friend. He also gets along with cats. Chance does best in a home willing to offer him structure, patience, and consistent companionship. After everything he's overcome, he's ready for more than survival—he’s ready for a place to call his own. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
