Benny is a border terrier mix with spunk, brains, and a sensitive heart. He’s potty trained, crate trained, and comfortable with cats and small dogs. His favorite activities are playing with other dogs ... and grabbing your loose socks. The little guy is cautious around larger dogs and may take time to warm up to men but thrives with companionship. He gives kisses, forms strong bonds with his primary people and enjoys affection, including cuddles and being carried. Benny does display food guarding behavior and will require an adopter committed to continued positive reinforcement training and structured feeding routines. For this reason, he would do best in a home with smaller dogs and an experienced owner.
