I’m about a year old, 50 pounds, and I have a soft heart to match my soft eyes. When I meet new people or experience new things, I might be a little shy at first. I just like a minute to take it all in. But once I know I’m safe, I warm up quickly and become your biggest fan. I love being close to my people—whether that’s following you from room to room or curling up next to you for a good snuggle. I’m potty trained and kennel trained, so I already know how to be a polite house dog. I also know “sit” and “down,” and I’m working on “off” (I’m still learning that counters are not snack bars). I have a fun, playful side and absolutely love playing with other dogs. I’d be thrilled to have a canine sibling in my forever home, but I could also be happy soaking up all the attention as your one and only. I’m great with kids, too! I have a good amount of energy and would love opportunities to run and play. I currently do well going outside on a tie-out, so a fenced yard isn’t required—but I sure wouldn’t mind a safe place to really stretch my legs now and then! One more thing: I’m a strong chewer. Nylabones, Benebones, antlers—those are my jam. Keep me stocked with durable chews and I’m a very happy girl.
