About Pippa
Pippa is in a foster home in Ft Worth TX We’re honored to be working alongside Karen Perl, who has worked tirelessly to save dogs in need. While these dogs are not directly in our rescue care, we are courtesy posting on her behalf to help them find the loving homes they deserve. Application is required. Copy and Paste https://forms.gle/Qrp8LB91kAhKjawP6 Pippa’s Bio Pippa is a spayed female Cattle Dog weighing 30–35 pounds, born on 2/27/2024 (approximately 2 years old). She was previously heartworm positive but has successfully completed treatment with no complications and is now heartworm negative. She is up to date on all vaccinations, crate trained, and fully potty trained. Pippa loves to run, play chase, and happily engages with any dog that wants to join in. She is friendly with dogs of all sizes—male and female, big and small. She currently lives with a Ragdoll kitty and enjoys playful chase games, making her cat friendly as well. She has no anxiety, even during car rides, and adjusts easily to new activities. Pippa is not off-leash trained, so she will need a securely fenced yard. Due to her activity level, she would not be a good fit for apartment living. Pippa is a joyful, adventurous girl who is always ready to go and do. She is active, smart, and eager to please, with the sweetest, most outgoing disposition. She knows her basic commands, enjoys walks, and absolutely loves belly rubs. Because of her enthusiasm and excitement, we recommend using a harness for walks. After being dumped at a rural shelter, Pippa is simply grateful to be safe and loved. She would thrive with a single person, a couple, or a family with school-aged children. She could be perfectly happy as an only dog or with one or more canine companions. Pippa is so friendly she’d probably try to make friends with a mountain lion! She truly is that happy, loving, and full of life. She is ready for her forever home and promises to bring endless joy, laughter, and adventure to her new family. On behalf of Karen Perl, the adoption fee is $350. Transport can be arranged after the adoption is finalized. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, the adoption fee will remain the same. Thank you so much for your valuable support in helping these dogs find loving homes.
