Meet Eleven, El is a 2-year-old West Highland Terrier mix, about 23 lbs, who does great with other dogs. She is a tripod after her former owner threw her from a truck, causing her to be hit by a car. Despite this, she gets around well and shows incredible resilience. She is shy with people at first and needs time to feel safe. El wants to trust, and once she does, she becomes very loving and deeply bonded to the people she knows. El would do best in a calm, patient home where she can settle in at her own pace and be shown the kindness she deserves.
